PTFE Micropowder Lubricant

1.Product Introduction

Adding PTFE micropowder to lubricating oils and greases can improve the high-pressure and high-temperature lubrication properties of the materials. Even when the base oil is lost, PTFE micropowder can still function as a dry lubricant and self-lubricant.

Adding PTFE micropowder to silicone oil, mineral oil, rosin, or paraffin oil can increase the oil's viscosity, resulting in a higher quality lubricant. The amount of PTFE micropowder added depends on the viscosity of the base oil and the required consistency and application of the lubricant, typically ranging from 5% to 30% by mass fraction.

It is currently widely used in ball bearings, wear-resistant bearings, lubricating guides, sliding rods, open gears, chemical equipment valves, sealing pastes for precision machining surfaces, and more.

3.Product Marking, Packaging, Storage, and Transportation Instructions

3.1Marking

The packaging drum of this product should have a firm and clear label indicating the company name, product name, batch number, grade (specification number), net content, etc.

3.2 Packaging

This product is packaged in paper drums (lined with double-layer polyethylene plastic bags), with a net content of (25±0.2) kg per drum. Each drum should include a product certificate, containing: company name, product name, batch number, grade (specification number), net content, and production date. If special packaging is required, it shall be agreed upon by both the supplier and the buyer.

3.3Storage

This product should be stored in a clean, cool, and dry place, protected from rain and direct sunlight, and kept free from moisture, dust, and other impurities.

3.4Transportation

This product is transported as non-hazardous goods. During transportation, it should be protected from moisture and severe vibration.
